    We worked with Jason as our buyer agent in the purchase of our vacation property in Watkins Glen. Jason was thorough and attentive throughout the whole process, more than once going above and beyond in checking on things first hand, due to how geographically far we were from the transaction. Jason is also helping us with some minor issues after the transaction closed too, referring us to local trusted contractors and other professionals. We are so happy with Jason that we are using him as our local property manager and representative. I highly recommend Jason for the purchase or sale of your primary or vacation residence!

  • Review of "Bowers & Associates Inc" at Corning

    Awful customer service. I was advised by Ontario Insurance to request a document to waive a cancellation fee from Bowers & Associates. The woman at Bowers refused so I called Ontario and they said to try a different associate. I spoke with the owner and his first words were, "oh yeah you got all three of us involved in this." Instant attitude. This is what you get when you are no longer a client. Because he refused to work with me, I have to pay a $115.00 renewal fee. It turns out it's an automatic renewal so if you assume your insurance will cancel, it won't. They will renew it and collect until you realize and voice your cancellation request. It was no money out of their pocket to help me. Stick with a professional company. You get what you pay for.
